      Just a shout out to the great team of people that work in the Coral Springs office. It's always a pleasure to work with First Int'l Title, and I can always count on their professionalism to make sure that every transaction is as smooth as possible.       The most disorganised title company. I asked so many time when closing day. On my way to their office it’s one hour to drive for me, they told me to come to sign documents with notary. I came to sign documents and figured out that it’s a closing. I wasn’t ready for this. I could not wire money. I went home another hour to drive and they called me that I need to go back because their notary made a move mistake and told me to put wrong dates. Horrible, horrible title. Would not recommend anyone. You need to be on a top of everything if you want to work with them.
