  Dave and Robyn were a fantastic team to work with! We had a 21 day close on our home and were pretty stressed. They were always available to answer questions and help guide us through the process. Without Dave’s quick coordination with our realtor we wouldn’t have gotten our home. Highly recommend them!!

  This is a tough home buying market. Dave and team at Cascade helped me close on my house in a time frame competitive with all-cash offers. He called sellers’ agents at each offer to re-assure them of my financial standing, level of seriousness, and his ability to close quickly and professionally. Even when offers were declined, sellers agents more than once responded with a specific note about the value of Dave reaching out. On my end, the process and communications were consistently simplified, well-managed and clear. I always knew what I needed before I needed it (and common mistakes were shared so I could avoid them). That meant I was able to stay prepared and help Cascade help me keep the wheels turning. Calls and texts and emails were always immediately returned. Dave also brainstormed trade offs if different price range, financing, and down payment options with a tone and detail that reflected his awareness of my personal concerns, priorities, and risk averse nature. So nice to work with real people who know their job inside and out.

  We had a great experience working with Dave and Robyn and would highly recommend them! They are good people. Dave helped us quickly get preapproved and took us from 0 to 100 in one day as we got up to speed to place our first bid. He takes pride in educating his customers. As first time homebuyers, this was really helpful since we had to learn about the financing process quickly in a competitive market. He did everything he could to put us in the best position to win bids. He ran scenarios to help us understand our purchasing power, talked to the sell side team when we were competing against all-cash offers, and then shrewdly locked in our interest rate before some big interest rate spikes.
