I think Keybank Lynnwood (44th) and its employees are great. I have never had a bad experience there -- completely disagree with the two other reviewers. I find the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, and spend the time to answer questions satisfactorily. They recommended I change an account in order to save monthly fees. I seldom have a long wait. What more could I want?

Terrible ATM I deposited $1000 and it ate $400 then kept my debit card! Totally done with this bank, thanks for ruining my day.

Sat in drive-through for 25 minutes to make a deposit. No one even bothered to tell me what is taking so long. Teller came back after a while asked me for ID then another silence, then came back again asking me for Social Security. No apologies for the wait like this is expected. This is absurd. Complete lack of professional or even common courtesy
