      Idk about the liberty branch, but the crab orchard branch is about as sorry as they come. I made a report of a wrongful debt charge where account and routing infromation. Stemming from a check. Well they would even investigate the suitation. Under certain laws I had 60 days to file a complaint,they was supposed to look into it. That's was a joke, and I know entitled to their opinion. But I'm not only one that this happens to at this bank. I strongly advise talking to poeple who has had dealing with this bank before deciding to use it

      Very disappointed in the way I had a loan handle try to contact someone how I was treated but no call back. away try to keep everything in the town but end up going to PBK Bank Stanley was very helpful
