      i went there to get a payday loan and was denied due to having a Chime bank account and not a regular one. i get that or whatever but a friend of mine just went there 2 weeks before me and got a loan but all he has is Chime. how is it that they can help one person but not the next? depends on who you are i guess.

      I travel through seven different states and this is the only Pawn Shop that has refused service to me. I have a house that I am renting in Crossville Tennessee, three businesses with business licenses and EIN numbers, all in Cookeville Tennessee, and the title and registration for a vehicle that is registered in Putnam county Tennessee. They’re ridiculous policy is that if you don’t have a laminated department of motor vehicles identification card or drivers license they refuse you service. I wish I could give them zero stars or even negative stars. They are staffed by wonderfully courteous people, but the district manager Nellie and Laney are two of the most unreasonable people I have ever had the displeasure trying to work with. Not only will they never get my business, but I am going to discourage anyone else in this town or any other to go there as well. I will be posting this on all social media platforms of which I have thousands of followers, links and friends.
