      Rude and dumb. Said he wasn't buying clothing ... across from some jackets. Said my white gold and onyx ring was a recteation and only worth a dollar. Said he didn't buy hovervoards nor Bose speakers. I walked in with close to $1400 in retail goods and he had a little smirk and chuckle and a "we ain't buying it" or "it ain't worth nothing" for each thing. Like his buddies were there watching him stick it to the City Boy. Rude and dumb.

      This place has the audacity to change their business hours without calling or informing customers whom have taken out a loan with them and then charge a late fee since they were closed on the day my loan was due. He said I should have seen the sign outside. Gimme a break. What makes you think people even drive past your business or would see your sign while driving?? Charge me a late fee when I came in on time and you guys were closed. So shady. Guy said it is what it is. Well I guess it is. Now you lost a long time customer and will lose others when they see how you operate with zero integrity. Shame on you Northwest!!
