  Unlike the previous reviews, I had an excellent experience with this store. Rodriguez was EXTREMELY helpful, polite, professional and courteous. From the moment I contacted him by phone up until the time he got all the paperwork done. He answered all of my questions, was upfront about the documents that I needed to bring and didn't ask for any other documents aside from what he told me. The other girls in the office were also very nice. I would refer anyone that I know to this location for help!

  I have read the previous reviews and I couldn't disagree more. From my first phone call to this location, I spoke with Frankie on the phone with many questions and concerns regarding my qualifying for a loan. Frankie was VERY courteous and patient, answering all my questions and simply told me to come in and we would work it out. Once arriving at the store and after a short wait, due to the Covid restrictions they had in place, it was a great pleasure to meet Delores who began to do all she could to work out the minor challenges in my application. During this process, it was discovered that Frankie was in the next booth and it seemed there was a family reunion. Seriously, how many times that you can remember having such a time filled with laughter when dealing with financial matters. And within 45 minutes, my loan had been approved, I was waling out the door, cash in my account and thankful I had made this choice. In light of previous reviews, 1) I was NOT asked for anything more than what was posted on the website and told by Frankie in our phone conversation. 2) There were many people in the store that day and there was NO ONE who was disrespected or spoken to in a bad way!! Therefore, I HIGHLY recommend you give this Cash Store a chance to fill the need you may have. I will forever be grateful for the experience. And yes, I have made my first payment on my loan and was fortunate that Frankie answered the phone and made me feel so important and appreciated. If I could give this store 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Cash Store, Frankie and Delores for all you do to help others.
