  I recommend Adriana is a super professional person, she helps you in each process to get your loan, she explains each document to you until the process is finished, go find her, super recommended. The people who work there are super friendly, everyone greets you and says goodbye to you.

  On May 14th 2020 at around 2 pm, my father and son were on the way to Walmart when his vehicle broke down in front of the Cash Store. My father is a Veteran, and has had several knee surgeries, and requires crutches or a walker to get around. While waiting outside for quite some time, my son decided to go inside The Cash store to ask for a chair for his Papa because he was on crutches and needed to sit down. After.some.time, he was tolld that they could come sit inside, but that they can't just take a chair outside all l'Willy Nilly' like that. I understand that they weren't a cutomers.at the store, but humanity, compassion, and empathy go a long way! Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

  My experience was a good one when I qualified for a small loan, but when it came to do my payments, it has been a nightmare. From unqualified personnel (fired) to the never ending excuse of the computers being slow, this loan process is not worth it. If you don't mind waiting more than two hours to be waited on, then go for it. I am more than patient but when it happens on every visit, somethings just not right. On one of my forth visits to make a payment, I noticed a lady sitting before me and I asked her, upon walking in if she had been waiting long...she said 45 minutes. So I sat thinking they would soon attend to her, boy was I wrong. I sat with her another hour and they did not even call her up...so left. This cash store needs productive employees and a new computer program. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME!! GO ELSE WHERE!!
