  If you want to get a general idea of what would be acceptable for a loan you can always call ahead. They are very friendly and will offer you suggestions for what can be accepted for a loan. I've had issues but management has resolved the problems. If you are a reasonable person this can be a good place to do business.

  I've been customer here before. My first experience was very pleasant. I worked really young gentleman who was very knowledgeable and was able to conduct my business in a professional timely manner. Two days ago I went there and there was a young lady who was trying to help me I would not use the word help she was just outright from the beginning walking through the door rude. She made me feel like I had stolen something and was trying to sell it under the table. I can't explain it just to looks and the vibe she gave off was super professional and I will never ever return to that store. I was trying to take a loan out on an item it was in box brand new m2v2 RC helicopter OMP hobby. This is a $500 retail item across the board on every website. She offered me $100 and basically told me to take it or leave it get the hell out of the store. Since we do not deal with these items and it wasn't these items as helicopters it was she made it sound like it was stolen I had a receipt and proof she did not ask for it. She did not ask any questions she just basically shuned me. she also stated that she would not take a loan out on she would only buy it and she would buy it at that ridiculously reduced price I would have sold it for maybe two and the store could have easily doubled their money but she would not even listen to me and there's no management present. Whoever the managers of that store should talk to her because you lost a lot of money and I imagine that happens every single day. I needed a loan to take care of a light bill and I was going to pick up my products the very next week I'm not a drug addict I'm not a thief I'm a professional working man treated like I was garbage. I recommend that nobody goes to this outlet for the fact that you will not be treated well if you're treated by this individual I've heard stories about her and others the dude with long hair very nice guy. At one point the other associate guy was short hair walked up to her and whispered to her something and basically that's what threw me out of the store how judgmental people I'm shocked to the part of such a ratty situation. Thank you have a nice day will never visit that store again
