  Don't trust them. You try to refinance and if you don't complete it same day, they'll tell you the rate is locked in but then say it has to be changed when you try to complete the app.

  I have been trying to refinance my student loan for overall a month. I provided every document request. I am a veteran. I had to provide an updated beneficiary letter. Did that. I had to provide an updated paystub because Splash thought I was disabled and not working. I did that. I went back and forth. Provided every document for them to keep putting me off. Twice now my loan has been on technical hold. I have spoken with 5 different ladies. Only one has followed back up with me. Worst loan service I have ever experienced. Today, I requested to have my loan application withdrawn. Not sure how they do business, but customer service is not really important. Nor is getting a loan finalized. I would rate half a star if I could. Poor service all around.
