  I've been through 14 residential financing and re-fi's and Michael is the best, most dependable professional, with the expertise to both manage the sometimes challenging process and treat his clients with empathy and respect. I would recommend him first.

  Okay if you looking to finance with them think twice I was dealing with Evelyn . She would barely pick her phone sometimes it would take days. I would get emails from her about another files she was dealing with. I still have them. It’s such a worst company to deal with . If you listen to me please take your file somewhere else or have both door open at least She made me pay a lot of money toward the debt and told me my credit would go up and it did not even after two months . Later she blamed on stimulator She assured me many many times even though my credit won’t go up , she will still get me loan because all I was needing 125 k she said it’s not a problem at all Then later she is like I can’t do anything at all She took my file to their partner lender which is Wells Fargo . Which I appreciate but I know if they said no too Thank to the almighty lord my house did not sell and deal went off Otherwise I would be sitting on the streets with my wife and kid Please please please people if your credit score is low and you are not sure double check with some other mortgage companies while these people work on your file or you guys will be damned as we were going to be I know castle and cook will only pay closing cost if you use their lender but is it really worth it ?
