Admittedly my family and I were nervous about purchasing a new home. Cathy hit the ground running, professional, well informed, we had heard stories (most unfavorable) of how awful this experience can be. Cathy only took a few moments to ease those fears and made a difficult experience as pleasant as she could. Any questions she was quick to answer, always available, detail oriented, and helped us process every single step of the way. Would recommend to anybody who needs a lender, you won't be disappointed .

Catherine Wegner is AMAZING! She worked so fast on getting us approved for our loan. What I love about Cathy is she kept our financial needs in mind, she looked at many different ways to keep us set up for success. The rates were starting to jump up week by week but she made sure we got locked in before it got to crazy. Cathy is very caring and thoughtful. This was our first time buying a home and we had a lot of questions. She always answered our calls and text messages and she explained stuff to where we understood what was going on and what would be happening next. I was so nervous about everything and I swear I asked her the same questions 😅, she is so sweet she always answered them as if it was the first time I asked them 🙈. Cathy is one of the best out there! I'm so glad we found her ❤️.
