  Been very pleased w/ this Cattlemen's (f/k/a Stockmen's) Bank. The service has been excellent. Much better than dealing w/ the typical large banks whereby you have to deal w/ a call center.

  This bank is horrible. After selling a home and buying a new one the sent the payment book to my old address. I called several times and they said payment will come. I called again after the payment was due and figure out they sent the payment book to old house knowing we bought the new one they financed. They tried to charge me a late fee I refused to pay and said they were going to foreclose on me. I told them good luck and I cannot wait to see what the judge says about their late fee when all payments are being paid. They removed it. Now 5 years later after perfect payment history, credit score growing to well over 800, and increasing my income significantly they raised the rate to 6.5. It was under a commercial loan. New loan 2.75 percent. Edited to include pictures of some of our conversation, of course I could include about 50 plus emails but do not have time to, Even when claimed to attached the original invoice Rebecca did not but rather on sent after the payment was due. I called to get payment information was told it would be mailed to me. Never was without a late noticed. Not that this matters to many customers but the things that should as the rates dropped and our was set up on a 5 year balloon your raised ours 1.5 points. ridiculous, I have over $1,000,000 borrowed at at least 5 banks and at the same time each of them dropped our rate about 1.5 points. You used comfort to expect we would resign. Not until we stated we we leaving a lower rate was offered. One of the biggest things was the fact a 1% origination fee was never mentioned no in any paper work. After closing you billed us for it and we were kind enough to pay. Not really a good way to do business. Even if you charge everyone a 1% percent origination fee, if you missed it you take the loss, not the customer. If you would like to say you do not remember I can post all that online also!

  Numbers game with this bank. Boyfriend used them and he is having to refinance because they raised rates as feds are dropping them!
