Friendly staff have been a member since 2008 and never have I ever had a problem with this branch or any of the branches around love this credit union!

Rick Weber CEO President CBC Federal Credit Union 2151 E Gonzales Rd Oxnard, CA 93036 07/20/2022 Good Afternoon It is with deep regret that this letter must be written. On 06/28/2022 I sent Certified documentation pertaining to my late Mother and Stepfather. These letters of PR and death certificates were received by your employee Melanie Cota. The requests were simple and should not have been outside her level of expertise. I was not overly annoyed when she asked for them again, even though it was an unnecessary request since she had the hard copies and signed for it. What is shocking and deeply offensive was her unwillingness to do her job to the best of her ability. Her complete lack of empathy was unnerving. CBC is the only bank out of the 3 institutions that has flat out refused to give me bank statements. I also request documentation regarding the $350,000.00 loan. As PR, it is my responsibility and legal right to any and all information pertaining to business that has been conducted with CBC. Please address Melanie’s attitude. It is employees like her who bring down the reputation of an otherwise fine Credit Union. Also, at your earliest convenience please send me bank statements for both accounts from May 2019 until present date. Thank you for your time Best Regards, Jamie Booth
