I recently financed for my truck through VCCU. Elizabeth Zaragosa went above and beyond for me . I had a one hour window to get all my documents filed because I went during my lunch. I called her ahead of time and asked her to have everything ready for me so I can just go and sign . She was able to help me out, I literally got their signed my paper work and I was out of their within 20 minutes. She help me add additional coverage and gave me a heads up on what the dealer would try and sell me and got me a better rathe through her than the dealer. Thank you for saving me some money I appreciate your hard work and dedication for your job. Thank you so much!
