  I have had the great pleasure of working with Masood Razaee , he was the lender for a home buyer I represent. Masood made this experience a great one! He took care of all issues that arose with complete professionalism !! I highly recommend this lender !! A Big 5 stars!!

  This summer we used CBC National Bank to finance our mortgage. The whole process, to this day, has been a nightmare. VERY unprofessional. We highly regret using this bank to finance our loan. Thank goodness First Federal Bank bought out the loan so we do not have any further dealings with them. Our closing process was rough and prolonged. Our closing date was pushed back over and over again. Our loan officer, Clay McHann, was unprofessional. He was often hard to get in touch with. He would set up times to call us, and we would not hear from him until hours and sometimes days later. There was one time he asked me to be sitting at my computer with files pulled up and ready for him, and I waited at my home for hours when I had other matters to attend to that day. (At this point, I did not want to do anything else to further draw out our closing, so I was forced to wait all day for this call.) Instead of Clay thinking ahead, documents were requested and thrown together at the last minute. (I was running around like a mad person trying to gather these documents in the hours before deadlines.) There were also a number of times that Clay asked me to send documents I had already emailed to him. We had to take a last minute first-time home buyer's course for this particular loan, which we should have been notified about weeks if not over a month before at the very least. Instead, we stayed up well past midnight on a weekday to finish this, because he needed proof that we had completed it at this point of the process. With every missed call, set back, or issue, it was met with some sort of excuse. ("I had a meeting come up." "I was working on X's closing today and didn't have the time." etc.) Because our close date was pushed back over and over again (which there were frequent claims that this was "not CBC's fault", but I beg to differ if you are making haste to gather all the important documentation several close dates later), we were put in a place where we did not know if we would have a roof over our head and a place for our belongings. CBC offered to give assistance with this if it came to it. Thankfully, our apartment manager was very cooperative, but we were still out of pocket a premium fee for having to extend our lease. Our realtor contacted Clay about this, and he assured us not to worry about it, that CBC would take care of it. They were supposed to pay that, along with refunding one of our first-time home buyer's course fees, but we have yet to see that money. We contacted Clay and the bank about this several times, but they have completely ignored any and all correspondence. So sketchy and unprofessional. We are understanding and forgiving people, but by the end of this, even we were incredibly frustrated. We've never had such an awful experience in our lives.
