      Bob is a nice guy but disorganized and doesn’t listen to details. Beware he is not licensed. Short story; I had a non warrantable condo that I needed private money for. I brought my agent on the phone to talk to him about this because this is the only reason I needed a non conventional lender. After multiple blown deadlines and having to push back closing twice due to his delays he claimed he didn’t know it was non warrantable and had to push closing again and forced me to put 8% more down on the day of closing. I’m an experienced REI. Do not use this guy. No joking as I wouldn’t joke about this but he forgot stuff we would talk about later that day or the next which made my agent and I seriously wonder if there was a cognitive impairment issue. Put everything in writing in email if you work with him or his processor Barbara.
