      I have worked with several lenders and CBC is by far the best combination of rates, fees, and service out there. They treat their employees great and are available around the clock to make the home buying/refinancing process a breeze. CBC is ranked very highly on Lending Tree as are several of their loan officers.

      CBC National Bank has been the WORST,STRESSFUL, CONFUSED EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!! Senior Mortgage Loan Officer Craig E Small(johns creek)has eroded all trust and confidence I once had in HIM! My experience is as follows; After sending all required docs (pay stubs/tax returns) to Mr.Small I was FALSELY notified Of my qualification for a conventional loan. Within a week I found a Smyrna Townhome I really liked and proceeded to have an inspection. Only after paying $500 for the inspection and moving forward to an appraisal WAS I THEN NOTIFIED OF MY INELIGIBILITY FOR A CONVENTIONAL LOAN! Costing me $500 and my dream home(first time homebuyer)! In my opinion CBC Bank has been the MOST STRESSFUL & CONFUSING TIME OF MY LIFE! GET OUT FAST!!!! *Currently working on switching loan officers, will update!
