      If I could give zero stars, I would. Their communication is terrible, or rather, non-existent. They don’t return calls or respond to emails. As the buyer’s agent whose job is to juggle and keep all the balls in the air so everything goes smoothly, you would think they’d keep the agent in the loop. As I write this, we’re supposed to close a deal TOMORROW, but I haven’t heard anything since sending them the contract. So I don’t know what to tell the seller or the attorney. Very frustrating!
