      My only issue was when they changed names, they closed the branch close to us and now I have to drive across town a bit. But the service is great, and they saved our lives helping us with a loan.

      Before today I would say it is a wonderful bank. I had troubles with my mobile app. Went in to Council street branch and worked with a gentleman for 40 minutes. Could not get my problem solved. Gave me a business card and told me to try a few things at home and call him. He circled the number to call. I called the number twice and the number is NO LONGER in service . Is this his way of dealing with the issue? Give a valid number to return the call. :(

      See before today i would have told anyone that this is the best bank in the USA but I called to make a payment on my line of credit And it's an automated system now You can't even get ahold of anyone So I can't make my payment
