      Cefcu as a whole is a joke they always want to change policy with no notification to there customers this person will be finding someone else.

      Twice I have gotten a loan through cefcu Lincoln Illinois member center and both times they have forgotten a critical piece of paperwork and submitted everything anyways. I show up with everything they asked for and get the loan. I now owe them $16,000 for a truck that I can’t title, plate or drive.
