  I love CEFCU. Great place. We've never had issue with this facility/company. Also, there is a representative named Jennifer that assisted me with my account as an out of state client. I'm very grateful for her help.

  It took 20 minutes for me to deposit a check. This transaction should not take this long. The problems I can identify is a lack of respect by the members for the line - There is a clearly designated area to fill out your vouchers which i very rarely see anyone use properly, opting instead to jump ahead to an open window, an action I never see reprimanded. I have also seen firsthand a very inefficient chain of command system where certain transactions require a call to the main office, adding even more time to what should have been a pleasant and expedient process. Furthermore, the offices I have patronized always seem to be severely understaffed during lunchtime hours, which is the busiest time according to Google trends and personal experience. This reflects a very poor job by management and the head office, putting these roadblocks in place for the members. I often see the people on the other side of the desk are miserable, and I can see why. Having to jump through all these hoops while bearing the brunt of frustrations by frustrated members is not fair. I am disappointed that this continues to be a problem so many years running, and I would like to see this place get the resources it NEEDS in order to live up to that slogan of being "better." You have competent workers, now we need competent organization and leadership.
