  Working with Dave Cook and his team was an awesome experience!! I live in Virginia and was purchasing a home in Lakewood, Colorado and my realtor teamed me up with Dave. Real-estate in the Denver area was hot and for the first bid I placed on a home Dave’s team worked on a Saturday to quickly work with the paperwork I submitted and provided a pre-qualification letter. That home did fall through but we kept looking and when I did finally go under contract the seller wanted to close quickly (3 weeks). Again, Dave’s team did not disappoint. Requests for information from me were well communicated, they reviewed items promptly and we moved through all the necessary steps and successfully closed on my new home by the closing date. All of this was done virtually. After closing, Dave set up a Zoom call to talk about the transition of my loan, when the first payment was due and to whom I was paying and provided me courtesy tools to use such as Home-Bot and Homebuilder. I highly recommend choosing Dave Cook for all your financial lending needs!!!

  I had been through 3 loan agents before I was introduced to Dave. I felt strongly that the others I had encountered were putting their own interests in front of my own confusing me with fast talk, acronyms and nomenclature. Dave was absolutely transparent! He offered a brief online coarse, which he hosted in person to educate me on tactics to deal with the current financial climate and well prepared me for home buying. The extra services and guidance they provide by Dave and his team was above and beyond and are still willing to help or point me in the right direction for any questions I might still have. Lastly, Dave and his team were very flexible when it came to me needing to change some of the details for my loan. They didn't have to do that but they did. Thank you.

  Dave and his team were awesome! We had a really complex mortgage and he had a few options for us as we were selling our old house and they all worked on all the options until we figured out our house would sell in time, lots of effort and kept in touch super well, A++! :D
