No surprises and no fluff. So thankful to have him to guide and maneuver the process in the refinancing of our home.

  Unfortunately, I am compelled to provide Celebrity Home Loans and Vincent Fiordilino with a very low rating as a direct result of very por service and delay in providing Loan Approval, Clear to Close and delayed closing. Although I realize no two closings are alike, the disorganization and inability to meet timelines created nothing short of chaos and aggravation for me as the borrower. Particularly when Vincent refused to answer calls (ie... to busy doing something else) during times when the ciritical dates arrived and the lender was late. As a direct result, I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. The consequence of a lender being late on closing, means I lost my mover, had to rent a U-haul and move my 3 bedroom home myself with friends. Ie.... the consequence of the lender's inability to timely perform, lands squarely on the borrower.

  The home buying experience was horrible for me. The communication from my loans officer was horrible. We almost did not close. Even after multiple calls to Vinny nothing was resolved. We closed 4 weeks after initial closing date. No one seemed to care within this company. Then when wrapping up everything was urgency we need now. Rita kept trying to blame all delays on us. Not to mention we weren't given homeloan options at all. Everything was decided by them. I would not do business with them again.

You left this review for the Jupiter office of Celebrity Home Loans which is not the office your transaction was closed through. these reviews impact the loan officers diligently working their files and as you can see all have left 5 star reviews. While i am sorry you didnt have a great experience working with Rita , this was left for the incorrect office. . Kindly remove when you have a moment. Thank you
