Poor communication and follow up - check Bad advice - check If you want to send the same documents over and over to different people - check Lack of appreciation for your business - check We took Bobby's advice to "simplify the process" and we get a call a week and half before closing notifying us of a change in how our loan was originally proposed. It's a little late to redo the process a week before closing so we were stuck. It turned out to be a costly piece of advice. Bobby seemed great at first and then never called when he said he would, couldn't remember previous conversations and ultimately provided poor advice and was very unresponsive. We never felt valued or appreciated. I would certainly never use them again or recommend them.

I would not recommend this company, They didn’t return phone calls or text message said they would get beck too me and never did till I had too call several times . Then after 30 days say o we can’t do the very thing I went too them for.
