  Wonderful service- the branch manager let us in to open an account even though the lobby was closed because it was snowing. I will be moving my other accounts here, I highly recommend!

  Had the misfortune to work with Justin Schreiber. He quoted me 20% down and low 3s for rate on an investment property. After providing docs and having credit ran this jumped to 25% down and low 4s. Went to Ruoff where I was quoted 25% down and 3.375. After providing docs and running credit we locked in the 3.375 rate quoted.

  We received very bad service from Jason and his boss Navi. My wife and applied for loan, Jason approved us for the wrong type of loan, he lost our paperwork, we had to start the entire process again, he approved us and before we could complete the purchase, the approval expired, they charged us $800 and said that would apply towards our closing. We decided to go with Ruoff Home Mortgage for the purchase of our new home, they had us pre-approved the same week and the construction of our home began in the next two weeks. Navi promised to refund the $800 and apologized for Jason's lack of communication and service. We never saw that refund. We felt we were treated poorly and discriminated against. We are a lesbian couple. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
