Honestly the greatest banking staff I have ever encountered. They go above and beyond any expectation you may have. As well as they make you feel at home all while being completely professional. Speed of service is unmatched. Their desire to help you in any way possible is unmatched. Their character is unmatched. For as long as I live in Northwest Indiana I will never bank with any other bank and it's all thanks to the folks here at the South Haven branch and that's saying something because every branch I have been to gives above exceptional service.

Of all the branches from griffith to Valparaiso this one is the slowest by a huge margin. They almost always change the lane to closed while I'm in it. I sit here for no less than 20 minutes every visit. Very polite though.
