This is the worst Credit union ever. Hold times are ridiculous and we've had a horrible experience with them. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. They still have not taken care of an issue and mistake since February.

I contacted Member Services with a question on 12/24. Was told someone would get back with me on 12/26 because no one would be available to speak with me that day (even though they WERE open). Nobody called me on the 26th. So I called them. Was again told a rep would return my call, so I waited all day. The next day after continuing to get the runaround, I made my 3rd and final call to Centra to complete a transaction over the phone. I finally did speak to a rep but about half way thru the conversation, I was cut off and the call went to a voice generated customer survey! Needless to say, I took the survey and gave each question the lowest possible score. I've been a member of Centra for 19 years and have a 1st & 2nd mortgage, car loan and credit card there. This is how they treat their 'valued members.' I am currently looking at other credit unions and banks which unfortunately, seem to have close to the same service as Centra when asking for referrals from friends as to where they bank. Can't say I've had a positive experience with Centra for the past 8-10 years. They continue on their downward spiral.
