      The West Broadway branch of Central bank of Boone County provides one of the best customer services to their customers. Staff are very welcoming, helpful and understanding. Mary, Kyle and Justis have been amazing to us and our businesses when it comes to providing services. Thank you for everything.

      I own a construction company I come into the bank sometimes once a week sometimes 5times a week. The people that work there and are stationed there are really nice and it’s a joy dealing with them. The con of going here is it’s training day new people get trained there so when you get stuck with someone new which will happen quite often you have to pull out your drivers license and go through the whole process because they are new and don’t know you. I only have a business account with central bank the checks are written to the business. Pulling out an id 5-20 times a month is irritating. If you’re looking to build relationships with the bankers or tellers this is not the place to go

      I am always impressed with the staff at West Broadway! I love Central Bank of Boone County, but this branch is by far my favorite. You can tell that the staff takes great pride in their work. On several occasions I've had unique banking situations arise and I've always been greeted with kindness and a willingness to solve the problem - even if that means having to go the extra mile and get creative. CBOBC prides themselves on being a local community bank and the staff at West Broadway models those values wonderfully.
