      I was having one of “those” days and decided to stop by the Walnut location to deposit a bunch of change from a garage sale we had. The teller Jessica was so helpful and offered to count my change even though they have to do it manually (change machine is at Broadway location). We sorted it together and she was very friendly. Turned my bad day into a good one. Very appreciative of Jessica!!!

      I never had a bad experience with this company until I went to this location. Poor customer service to say the least. I’ll be driving to the Nifong location next time where they are kinder and faster with the services provided.
