      Hardly ever open when working people can go to the bank. Closed on Saturday and close early thru the week.. 5. Arvest is open until 6... who wants to take off work to go to the bank?

      Ben, we are so sorry that the recent change doesn't work well for you! We do have an option for those that are needing to talk to a representative after hours. VTM: We have installed a new VTM at our Nixa banking facility and we also have several VTM's in South Springfield that are open Monday - Saturday, 7 AM - 7 PM for your convenience. Mobile Banking App: All bank customers can access many of the same features right from their phones 24/7.       If your a business owner who has to do any mobile banking then this isn't your bank. Its horrible and I've jumped thru every hoop they have told me and I still have checks made out to me personally and yes I have a personal account get declined as third party. Checks. Ive emailed Michelle the assistant manager and go no response. I will be closing these accounts. Update::: my problem has been fixed. It was a clerical error on the banks part. It took a week to get fixed but it is fixed. Cindy kept her word and I will keep my accounts with them.
