      I go inside here often and if I have to wait in line, it's not for long. They even have staff from the back come up to help with basic banking.

      Don’t bother using this bank if you’re ever going to move to a place that doesn’t have it. I have to either drive 2 hours or hand write a letter just to get them to close my bank account. Spoke with 3 different customer service agents and all of them told me different things. One told me I could email, one told me to just come in, and the last one gave the two options I stated. It shouldn’t be this hard to close an account.

      My mother passed and I needed help with her fiancees. The Representative Kaylie LeCuru, helped me every step of the way. She really did above and beyond what her job was required of her. She made the transition very easy. I cant thank her enough for the help she provided. The highest level customer service I have ever received.
