      If you expect to be treated with dignity and respect do not bank here. If you experience fraudulent charges on your account (twice) employees and VP’s will imply you are irresponsible, you have inconvenienced paid staff for their time to investigate as well as “the bank had to cover these charges” and lastly they will - without notifying you - terminate your debit card, indefinitely - because you’ve experienced fraudulent charges on your account (more than once). As a victim survivor of domestic abuse and an advocate for other victim survivors it angers me this is how Central Bank handles situations such as these. If you are a victim of fraudulent charges, for whatever reason, expect to be victimized again by bank employees and VP Randy Johnson - ultimately forced to bank elsewhere.
