      Love this branch!! Banking here is the way it was intended. Friendly and accomodating staff that are always available to take care of the customer. They also actually answer their phones! They have staff that stay and know who you are when you walk in! Central Bank is my bank!! Thanks for always taking such great care of me.

      I have been with Central Bank for over 5 years because I have had such great experience with the customer service. Recently, I have had a few issues that have been a little unpleasant but today was absolutely shocking. I have never in a million years ever heard of refusing to give a customer their available funds and for no reason or no explanation at all! And to be so rude to me about it! I will be finding a different bank to take my business to, where I can actually access MY money and be treated with dignity.
