      I gave 5 stars to this location Arborwalk & 150 hwy. in Less Summit Mo., because they took the time out to help me with getting the right document / statements I needed. All the girls that work there are always helpful and friendly. I want to add to this post that I had to go back to the bank as my daughter and husband are buying a house in Florida, they do have an account with this bank also. They need the money for the closing cost today from there account and I had to help them get it done ,with the help of Tanya Doolittle she was so helpfull and took the time out to get what was needed to get it done. She even called back the same day to make sure everything went ok and that we didnt need any more help. I cant believe a bank let a lone a teller calling back to make sure it all went good or have no problems. Thank you Central Bank and especially Tanya Doolittle

      Central Bank at Arborwalk is by far the best bank I have ever been to in my LIFE! I’ve been banking with them my entire life (32 years) and I have never had customer service like this before. Tawnya the manager treats you as if you are one of her own as soon as you walk in. You never get the feeling that someone is superior to you or better than just because of your banking status. Lindsay and Lois and also great staff. They go above and beyond whatever I need or have asked of them. I will never go to another location again because these 3 women have changed what my expectations are for banking are and they can’t be beat anywhere else.
