      I took my 6-year-old in to setup a new savings account, and all I can say is WOW. Connie absolutely made his day. Their savings account program for kids is hands down the best out there, and the entire staff was incredible to my son. He already wants to go back and deposit more money 😂 Thank you Central Bank and Connie for an incredible experience.

      I paid off my car loan and they lost the title. I'm still waiting for the title almost a month later. When calling to get updates... they hung up on me.

      0 stars for this bank; Congress gets more done than these folks. Extremely poor communication, rude representatives, constantly getting deferred and referred to other people that still dont seem to know what's going on. I believe I'll take my banking elsewhere
