This location is the VERY BEST! If you have any problem, just ask someone about it and they take care of it. I have had nothing but perfect service from this location and don't go to any other one. This IS community banking!

I wish I could rate lower. Central bank (specifically the Richmond rd location) is absolutely the worst bank i’ve ever encountered. Multiple times they’ve taken money out of my account and placed it in others, or vice versa, put money from other people into mine. Most of their tellers are very rude. Sometimes when depositing cash they overlook some of it and have to redo the transaction. Took weeks to get a $50 check to deposit. Many times it’s taken over 30 minutes to deposit a few hundred dollars. One day they were so slow it took an hour an 20 minutes. Overall wish I had never opened an account here, they’re sloppy with money, slow, and rude.

Literally the most incompetent workers I have ever dealt with. When you ask to speak to a manager their manager is conveniently on vacation. If you put money in your account and then spend it, it acts like the money isn’t there and you pay an overdraft fee. Not one but 5 for my case. Save your time and money and bank somewhere else.
