  Central Funding Inc, formerly Infinity Mortgage Group, went above and beyond to help our large family get into our home. They were always willing to talk to us and they worked tirelessly to ensure our family had the best loan. From the first time we met the owner we knew he cared about us as customers and as friends. Yair connected my wife and I to Greg and we were blown away by Greg’s professionalism, experience, and integrity. He left no stone unturned while pursuing the best options for us. Our family was moving from across the state and we were on a very tight timeline. Thanks to our friends at Central Funding Inc we were able to finance the perfect home for our needs. Greg, Yair, and the team took so much of the stress and headaches out of the process and this was due to their character and highly qualified abilities. My wife and I strongly recommend Central Funding Inc for all of your mortgage or home financing needs.

  We worked with Central Funding Inc, formerly Infinity Mortgage Group, on two loans this year (2021). First, we refinanced my house and second, we bought an investment property. The first refinancing loan we did with another company in 2020 was not a good experience. The company we went through gave us a hard time. The people they had working on our loan were incompetent. But the worst part was they told us we could not combine the mortgage with the equity line of credit balance. It took about 5 months to close. A year later I met the owner of Central Funding and over lunch, I told him my experience. He said not only was it possible to combine the HELOC with the mortgage, his company did it all the time. Then he connected me with Greg to do another refinance loan of our home. My wife and I had never had the experience to work with an extremely professional, knowledgeable, and proficient loan officer. Greg had a lot of patience with us and educated us on a lot of things related to what we were doing. We closed in about 6 weeks with no issues whatsoever. Shortly after closing on our refinance, we spoke with Greg about an investment home we wanted to purchase. Initially, we just wanted to hear his opinion how to go about purchasing the property. After a few minutes, he came up with an incredible strategy and said he could help us secure an investment loan. We closed on the property within 30 days with no issues. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Greg and the entire team at Central Funding Inc. They very professional, knowledgeable, proficient, respectful, trustworthy and got the job done efficiently. As my wife and I continue on our estate business, we are looking forward to working with them.
