I have been going to this ba k for YEARS!!! Have Never had an issue & Everyone has Always been friendly & Helpful. I love seeing Dulce Maria & Pretty, when I go in too!!! Don't understand the reviews I've been reading...there are men there.....nothing to do with All women Buddy system...Karen!!

I opened an account with them when I moved to Florida. I deposited a cashiers check and they put a 9 day hold on the check even though it was certified. They also did not give me a temporary atm card when I opened the account and I had to wait 5 days for the card to come in the mail. When the card finally came it didn't have my name on it. When I called to have the name changed they said they would have to cancel that card to send me a new one and I am now having to wait another 5-7 business days and still can't access my account. The only good thing about them was my Banker Priti who was wonderful and nice. Will never bank with them again. Would give zero stars if I could.
