      I love this bank and have been using it for years. They are really courteous and helpful. The online experience is much better now. The only thing I'd recommend is being able to use this bank while using other services. A lot of times it doesn't come up on the list to be chosen. That's because it's a smaller bank, though. Nonetheless, I've had a very positive experience with Central State Bank.

      i have been waiting on a replacement debit card for over a week and a half. total crapshow over there. in an age where we charge everything i have been unable to pay rent, buy food, pay my bills, and get to work as i take uber. i will be finding a new bank the can replace my card at the location. still no card as of 9/10 this is a complete failure of service, I will be closing all accounts asap as I can. never bank here. find a bank that has the ability to print debit cards in house.
