      This branch (East Greenwich) has more problems than I have ever seen. Other locations are fine but this one is a mess!! Poor management and terrible customer service. Drive up atm is constantly broken. This is the third time I have tried to use it and had a problem. Extremely frustrating. Complained on the phone and was told they would “make a note of it” well I made a note for you!!!
