  We took this client on after they had defaulted on 3 debts with 3 different lenders in an attempt to help their business stay open. We have satisfied their debts owed, per this revised agreement and restructured their debt with us for a longer term and more manageable payment terms, as they requested. Further, we paid their business insurance policy which was past due with an order for cancellation despite their payment history with other lenders we made payment on their behalf to keep their business operating. They have not paid us on the two (2) separate outstanding credit facilities that are now owed to our office after numerous attempts to rectify the payment issue. We have not received any return phone calls from either owner, resulting in our office having to commence legal action to collect amounts due and owing which these lawsuits have gone unanswered to date.
