      We decided to go through Centerville for our mortgage. We were assigned Anthony Amaral. He is for us the best mortgage broker I have ever met. He is professional and very pro active. To the point he was asking me for paper work way before they even asked for it "Just in case" which they needed up ending anyway! He was a breath of fresh air and went WAY above and beyond for my family and I to make sure everything went smooth all the way till closing! I couldn't believe the attention to detail and how well he communicated everything to us and what was going to happen next. He helped me not only with a mortgage but helped me with suggestions for home owners insurance and legal representation which in turn made every single thing move smoothly. Thank you Anthony for everything! Centerville Bank has a serious Asset with you! I hope they know that! Thank you for everything!!!!

      AWEFUL customer service since the merged with Putnam Bank. also ever changing tellers at Wickford branch. On hold for ten minutes, never had this happen two years ago!! TOO big and too impersonal. I have been a customer for over 35 years! Maybe not much longer!

      I have been a Putnam Bank customer for quite a number of years. Unfortunately, once Centreville Bank took them over everything went downhill. Customer service, when calling, is very inconsistent. I'll get one answer from one representative and something completely different from another. I would not suggest using this bank.
