  Today is May 17th Approximately 11:55 a.m. The people that are working there keep hanging the phone up. Is there a time to call when this place is run by adults and not by children? Please let your customers know the Appropriate time to call. Thankyou in advance.

  There is no option for 0 stars. I walked in at 3:45 on a Weds afternoon where there was 2 people working behind the counter both assisting a customer. By the body language of the customers, they’ve been there a while trying to accomplish something. So I sit and wait thinking I’m up next, this won’t take too long. Well, one worker finally has the guy sit and fill out application in which I heard her tell him 3 times after asking 3 questions, she says “yes we will get there, you need to fill the application out 1st.” Meanwhile, I stand up, assuming she’ll call next, any minute. Instead, she picks up the phone and says, you can come in now. A lady comes walking in and up to counter. I have no problem with them assisting whoever was there 1st, my problem is I have no idea how many people are before me and it looks as if they don’t have the courtesy of letting me know how many people are waiting or simply an estimate of how long it will take to get to me. Is that too difficult? I noticed the number one complaint in the reviews stems from poor service and very long wait times.
