We can not leave a rating for this Realtor. Bethany LaGrotteria lied to us on a number of occasions and misrepresented herself. We trusted this agent. We were living in North Carolina and we thought she had our backside. We asked her if we needed an inspection of the house and she told us it wasn't necessary the house only required some TLC. After we closed on the house, we found out all of the issues that were not included in the disclosures. They included receptacles just hanging in the basement, a back wall under the windows that was decayed and the studs were rotting from water coming in under the windows. When my husband started to pull the drywall off, he discovered the whole area was filled with ants. There are too many other issues to keep going on with them. We strongly disagree with the realty company when they said there was nothing they could do for us. If we had known everything that was wrong with this house, we never would have bought it.
