Contracted Blanche Thornhill to sell our home-we bought the same home from her 5 years ago-we trusted her again to sell but the trust was not there this time-no I didn’t read the contract again as I trusted her and that was my mistake that cost me $1200 extra-she knew I wanted closing cost kept low as we did not owe anything but she wrote in that I would pay for buyers title insurance which she said at one point it was the law in AR-but come to find out it isn’t the law it’s just customary and actually all it is ,is just another selling tool used by agents to sell the home to their benefit-something automatically as she states written in all contracts and that is just simply something that is not right so PLEASE BEWARE of Blanche Thornhill-she is a realtor with Century 21 that cannot be trusted so stay clear of her and the Realtor company-I just can’t say enough as to stay clear of Blanche-one more thing I had asked her to get me a copy of the hud report for a week-I received the day before I was supposed to close so really not enough time to cancel the sale-there was already too much in motion so now we know why for some reason I couldn’t get the report-she knew I would see that cost-wow
