      BEWARE!!! Agent pulled a disappearing act on me! I reached out to Rebecca Twine to inquire about the possibilities of me purchasing my first home. During our initial conversation, she seemed very eager to begin the potential lending process with me. My homework assignment was to get her copies of my tax returns. She asked for my personal information to pull my credit, and then things went south. I called her several times a few day later with no answer or return phone call. Understanding that she is certainly busy, I continued to call in hopes that she could tell me how things look - good, bad, or indifferent. I received a text from her stating she would call me back in a second...no return call for the rest of the day. The following day, I called again and I received another text stating she would call me back in a few...no return phone call this day either. At that point, I assumed she didn’t want to work with me. I understand if she was unable to approve me for anything, but I would expect her to at least communicate that to me. She said nothing more, just disappeared. Now I’m left with a hard inquiry on my credit report and no explanation or follow through regarding ANYTHING! “Thanks” Rebecca!
