If I could leave no stars, I absolutely would. I didn't go through Certainty Home Loans for my lender, but the people buying my house went through them. And as a seller, they have not made this process easy. They have delayed closing MULTIPLE times now, to let my buyer know the day before, or even the DAY of that we won't be closing. Poor communication on their end, and they have made the home selling process even more stressful than it already was. THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT GET A SINGLE RECOMMENDATION FROM ME, AND I ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DISASTROUS, UNORGANIZED COMPANY.

We worked with Jarad Brown and he was fantastic. He made pre-approval a simple and easy process and we had our answer almost immediately. When we decided to just refinance instead of purchasing we used Jarad because he was on top of the process and always willing to help.
