  I had a great experience with Certified Funding. I'd use them again, and will recommend them to anyone who asks about getting funded for a pool. Their staff was friendly, and did everything they said they were going to.

  I inquired about a closing and if they had any records. The lady hung up on me intentionally twice, then didn't answer the third call back,

  I have to say that dealing with this company was a terrible experience. There was a delay with the second mortgage and the office Manager was flippant from the first time I spoke with him. After day 2 of a delayed closing I calmly told him that they are dealing with people here and it’s difficult for me since I had to arrange for childcare to close. He said “I guarantee that talking to me this way isn’t going to get your loan to close” at that point I asked him what he meant. I asked if he was going to delay my closing because I asked him that question. He backed away from his Initial threat. I asked him the name of his superior and he let me know he is the only superior there because he is the office manager. He then said if I don’t like the way they are doing things that I should go find another loan. Unfortunately, I couldn’t delay closing any longer so I had to do business with this awful company. But please, save yourself the frustration and run far from this company. Unless you’re okay with disrespect.
