  I worked with Keith Lorigan in the summer of 2020 regarding securing a mortgage loan. During the entire mortgage procurement and closure process Keith was always proactive with communication concerning the current mortgage application status and next steps. At no time was there ever any confusion with the process which is attributed to Keith's efforts to keep me informed at all times. Keith was always available to consult via phone, e-mail, or text and was quick to return any communication correspondence. Keith was also helpful in ensuring all financial documents were procured and provided to the underwriter for review and was very organized with this record keeping and delivery process. When it came to current market interest rates for the mortgage, Keith provided excellent guidance on current market conditions and the available loan rates to lock in. Overall, securing a mortgage can be a stressful event but with Keith's help, any stress and angst was kept to a minimum because I was always kept apprised of the mortgage status and was guided regarding what I needed to do next and how to do it as part of the process. At all times, I felt like Keith was working for me versus working on behalf of any other entity or party. This level of support and service was key to this very happy customer with Keith's work and delivery of the final mortgage product and closure. I highly recommend Keith for any mortgage needs. You will find no other individual who will work on your behalf to secure the best mortgage product and rate for your needs.
